These terms cover the use of this website and the enquiry form on it. They are not a booking contract: the terms for a specific trip are given to you in writing before anything is confirmed.

Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not reserve anything, does not create a contract, and no payment is taken at that stage. A trip is only confirmed once you have been given a written itinerary and price and have accepted it.
Prices shown on this page
Any price shown here is a published starting rate, per person, and depends on travel dates, hotel category, group size and the number of vehicles required. Prices are not a quotation, and are subject to change and to availability at the time of booking. Government levies, permit fees and entry charges are payable at the rate in force on the day of travel.
Permits, weather and access
Several areas in Sikkim — including North Sikkim, Tsomgo Lake and Nathu La — are protected areas requiring permits issued by the authorities, and some are restricted to Indian nationals. We apply for permits on your behalf, but issue is at the discretion of the authorities. High-altitude roads and passes also close for weather without notice. Access to any particular place on any particular day cannot be guaranteed by us or by anyone else.
Accuracy
We take care that the information here is accurate at the time of publication. Travel times, seasons and permit rules change; where anything on this page affects your decision, please confirm it with us before you rely on it.
Acceptable use
Please do not use the enquiry form to send automated, abusive or unsolicited commercial messages. Submissions are rate-limited and filtered for spam.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website itself, as distinct from the travel services we agree to provide under a separate written confirmation.
