This policy explains what happens to the information you send through the enquiry form on this website.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we receive only what you type into it:

• your name and mobile number, which are required so that we can reply;
• your email address, destination, travel date, number of travellers, budget range and message, where you choose to provide them.

Alongside those, we record the page you submitted from, the web address that referred you, your browser's user-agent string, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and gclid). These tell us which advertisement or link produced the enquiry.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, identity document numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this form.

Why we collect it

To respond to your travel enquiry, to prepare a travel plan for you, and to understand which advertising is working. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored on the server that hosts this page, in a file readable only by the site operator, and are used by our team to contact you. Where a trip proceeds, the details you give us are shared only with the hotels, homestays, transport operators and permit authorities needed to arrange that trip.

Third-party services

At present this page loads no analytics or advertising scripts at all. If that changes — for example when advertising begins and conversion measurement is switched on — this section will be updated to name the services involved before they are enabled.

This site is hosted on a virtual server; the hosting provider processes requests and may keep standard server logs.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept while they are live and then deleted. Where a booking is made, records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for accounting purposes.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or who processes it changes, this page is updated at the same time. A privacy policy that describes a different website from the one you are reading is worth nothing.
